According to the latest statistics from Yantai Customs, in the first half of 2024, Yantai's exports of CNC rotary tables increased by 35% year-on-year, mainly to Southeast Asia and Europe. Among them, the export share of high-precision CNC rotary tables exceeded 40% for the first time, reflecting the continuously improving international competitiveness of Yantai's manufacturing.

A technology company in Yantai successfully entered the German market with its newly developed direct-drive CNC rotary table, which boasts advantages such as zero backlash and high responsiveness. The company's foreign trade manager introduced: "In response to the high requirements of European customers for product reliability, we have specifically optimized the heat dissipation structure and protection level. The average mean time between failures of the product exceeds 20,000 hours." Currently, the company has established a technical service center in Germany to provide localized support.
To adapt to the needs of different markets, Yantai enterprises are actively adjusting their product strategies. A company focusing on the mid-range market has developed a modular CNC rotary table, allowing customers to choose different specifications of drive systems and encoders according to their processing needs. The product has a significant price-performance advantage. The company's manager said: "Our sales in the Vietnamese market have increased by 50% this year, mainly due to the product's flexible configuration and fast delivery capabilities."
Industry analysts point out that with the global recovery of manufacturing and industrial upgrading, the international market demand for CNC rotary tables remains strong. Yantai enterprises should seize the opportunity, on the one hand, strengthen core technology research and development, and improve product added value; on the other hand, improve the overseas service system and enhance customer stickiness. It is reported that the Yantai Municipal Bureau of Commerce is organizing enterprises to participate in international exhibitions such as Hannover Messe to help enterprises expand overseas markets.
