Recently, a precision machinery manufacturing company in Yantai successfully developed a new generation of high-precision CNC turntables, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±2 arc seconds and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±1 arc second, reaching internationally advanced technical standards. This breakthrough marks significant progress for Yantai in the core components of high-end CNC equipment.
It is understood that this CNC turntable adopts an innovative dual-worm gear backlash elimination structure, combined with a high-rigidity bearing system, effectively solving the backlash problem of traditional turntables. At the same time, the product is equipped with an independently developed digital closed-loop control system, capable of achieving high-resolution control of 0.001°, meeting the stringent requirements of five-axis linkage machining centers. The company's technical director stated: "After three years of research and development, we have made breakthroughs in key component materials and processing technologies, significantly improving the product's rigidity and precision retention."
